  • Seeded Half-Baguette 140 g
  • 3 sliced goat's cheese
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 2 slices of Bayonne ham
  • 1 handful of sliced mushrooms
  • Olive oil

  • Cook the fresh spinach for a few minutes in a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Put the wilted spinach on the base.
  • Fry the mushrooms and add to the sandwich.
  • Add the slices of Bayonne ham.
  • Put the goat's cheese slices on top.
  • Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
  • Gently press to keep the ingredients together.
